CO-AXEL.COM is the first step toward the progressive evolution of an even greater business endeavor. This website is one of the many websites that I will create with my team members. I want to build a team of like-minded people, who are interested in their own professional and personal development. If you are interested in developing your own professional and personal brand, then maybe we should be partners. I am located on Long Island, in New York State. Currently, I am recruiting team members who live in either of the Towns: Islip or Babylon. In the long-run, we hope to enjoy the benefits of having team members located all over Long Island and New York State. Everyone who joins my team will enjoy the benefits of free and unlimited mentorship, business advice, access to team projects and upcoming business ventures. All you got to do is put in the time! We meet once a week during reasonable hours and at a public place. Together we will make entrepreneurial discoveries and breakthroughs for the future good of New York, starting in Suffolk County. Contact me to learn more.
Team Member Expectations
Like-mindedness is not agreeableness: By like-mindedness we do not mean that you need to agree with everything your team members believe or do. You should make choices that are right for you and your professional and personal direction. In-fact we encourage healthy disagreements that protect the team from taking action or making choices blindly. Nobody on our team is the same, neither do we think all of the same things. By like-mindedness we simply mean that our values align and our visions cross paths. Professional & personal development do align: As team members, it is in everyones best interest to be attentive and avoid delayed progress. Therefore, research and thinking through obstacles pragmatically is mandatory conduct. The practices that we build to be successful and purposeful will affect not only our professional conduct but also our personal behavior. We will learn to make choices that elevate everything that we do.
The Triple-Bottom-Line As we begin to see success and growth, we must not forget the triple-bottom-line values of business management: people, planet, and profit. It is obvious that our effectiveness as a team can be scored in terms of profit; however, we must make decisions that consider the well being of other people and our planet. Only then will our profits be completely earned and justifiable. The triple-bottom-line values will measure not only our effectiveness but also our purpose and fulfillment.
The Interview Process
Where does the interview take place? All interviews will happen at a public place of your choice. We will schedule the date and time of our interview 2 days ahead of time.
Do I need to have a resume? No, you do not need to have a resume with you. Below is an attached form that you will need to fill out before our interview takes place. If you have any business proposal, please bring a typed and printed copy or drawing of your proposal.
Can I bring a friend with me to the interview? No, please do not bring a friend with you to the interview. All are welcome, but our interviews only happen one time a day with the scheduled interviewee.
How long is the interview process? We may take up to two weeks to decide before you receive an official invitation. The interview itself lasts about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
How often will we meet if I am invited? Team members are expected to meet once a week. Each team member will have the opportunity to choose a public place for meetings. As a team we will decide a time and day to meet 2 days ahead of time. Team members are expected to provide their own transportation.
What are my benefits? All team members have free and unlimited access to team related mentorship, projects, and upcoming business ventures. Team members will be encouraged to create their own personal brands and will be aided in starting their own businesses. Your team members will be there for you for professional development and business guidance. You will learn how to do research and data analysis as well as have a chance to participate in future investment opportunities.
How do I know that I am ready to join? In the long-run, all are welcome. However, in the short-run, ideal team members live in New York, to the extent of Suffolk County, and are residents of either the Towns of Babylon or Islip, on Long Island. In the early stages, team members should be living in comfortable or at least modest circumstances. Team members should have confidence about their own housing, transportation, and health security. If you are a full-time college student or employee, you may not have enough time to join our team. If you are experiencing health, food, job, or transportation insecurity, you may not have enough time to join our team. Again, in the long-run we hope to invite and support all kinds of people given their unique situations, but as of right now we are concentrated on developing a foundation and stability, to transition into growth. Thank you for your understanding!
